Springlands Hotel

Hallo!!Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist sauber. Das Essen war super lecker. Nur hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten von dort aus tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Moshi.

After arriving in Moshi for a safari with Zara Adventures, we entered the gate of Springlands Hotel. We were greeted by smiling faces and beautiful tropical gardens. After checking in and being shown to our comfortable and clean room, we went to dinner at the spacious outdoor dining area. The food was delicious with lots of choices and variety. There is a large pool with plenty of seating areas. The staff members were particularly helpful and accommodating. After the Safari tour, I stayed on at the hotel to wait for my husband to return from climbing Kilimanjaro. I felt very comfortable and taken care of, especially by Ginoga “G” who was always looking out on my behalf. There is also coffee bar on the grounds that is open daily and serves coffees, teas, smoothies and light fare. I highly recommend Springlands Hotel and hope one day to return!

We just spent our last day of our vacation in this elegant and beautiful property. The location was ideal for Kilimanjaro, not so far from the airport and close to Moshi town. The staff made our stay special with their close attention and friendly demeanor. Their smiles were infectious and they were attentive to all our needs. I loved the spacious room with a comfortable King sized bed that felt so so good after days of sleeping on the camping mat, a hot shower with lots of water, shampoo was heavenly. My wife went for a massage at the spa as I spent the afternoon by the poolside which so relaxing, lazing in the sun after the grueling trek with mojitos from the bar. Dinner at the restaurant was great and we enjoyed the great ambience of the place. All in all Springlands was fantastic!

I recently stayed at the Springlands hotel prior to a trek on Kilimanjaro. I had a very comfortable stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. When I arrived in the middle of the night, they offered to cook me some food before I went to bed. When I slept through breakfast the next morning and woke up at 11, they still offered me breakfast as well. At the date of check out, I had to leave by bus in the evening. They let me stay in the room the whole day without any extra charge - of course due to availability in the hotel. These are examples of the service that this hotel offers, despite it being outside their own guidelines. I felt very welcome here, and I think the staff did a great job!

Splinglands take relaxing very seriously. You won't have to lift a finger. With all the staff extremely friendly and willing to go over and above to make your time magical. Thank you to G who personally made my trip fantastic. Without asking, I always had a cold drink and belly full. He was truly a perfectionist and watching him work was all joy. The hotel is very relaxed with a pool and stunning layout. The buffet every breakfast, lunch and dinner is more than filling. Thank you team for my wonderful trip Laura
