This is a top-floor unit, guaranteeing great views, no noise from above, and plenty of privacy. Take advantage of the free shuttle to historic downtown Crested Butte that runs every 20 minutes, also just outside your door. Soak up the natural light and views from the loft upstairs, or take in the action from your private deck. Cook your favorite dish in the newly remodeled kitchen, or choose one of the several amazing restaurants, literally right out your door. Newly remodeled bathrooms round out this amenity-rich unit. Crested Butte beckon just outside, the chairlifts are only a few hundred feet from the complex. Park your vehicle and step into convenience and adventure at the Base Area Bliss Condo, slope side at Mt. Crested Butte! Please note that this property is in a complex which does not allow pets, and as the unit is on the top floor of the complex (allowing for privacy and lovely views,) guests are required to climb 4 flights of stairs to access. This property is strictly no smoking, both inside the house and the outside yard space.  Thank you for your cooperation! RVs and campers are prohibited at all Watchdog properties.  One complimentary parking pass is provided for use at the complex parking lot. Parking is limited to one vehicle only. Please note that the parking lot is first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee parking. During the winter season, parking may be limited due to snow removal and storage. **Please read disclosures before booking** *****Disclosure. **Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions. ***** Please note that the HOA reserves the right to shut water off at this unit periodically for maintenance. However, this is not a common occurrence and rarely last for more than one hour and is generally scheduled midday during the work week. Guests will receive at least 24 hours' notice if the water needs to be shut off or any reason. ***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without pre-authorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorisation will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine. ****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window. ***** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance. ****  While the property lists a hot tub as an amenity this is a shared community hot tub and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability of the hot tub may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed. Hot tub operating hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
