Amazing stay at Mountbreeze Hotel!Wonderful Stay at Mountbreeze Hotel! Delicious food, clean rooms, and peaceful ambiance. Reception and housekeeping staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. Truly a warm and welcoming experience.

The best and the most hospitable bar/ restaurant on Mount Lavinia. Staff are so friendly and if you need security they will help you. Would never go anywhere else. They are the only place where they employ females. Gender equality is so important. As a female alone I feel safe as Mount Breeze management validates and acknowledges the value of women

Nice place. Very Friendly staff. I have enjoyed well with them. Nice pool area. We can chill all the day. No one disturb us. Sawadee restaurant very delicious food they provide me. Restaurant staff's service was excellent. Our room is very nice beach view. Comfortable room. Front office staff very kindly. And also house keeping staff also. Overall everything is very good for me. Highly recommend this place for relaxation.

Terrible experience at Hotel Mount Breez - AVOID! My recent stay at Hotel Mount Breez was extremely disappointing. The issues began when they required a deposit via bank transfer before my arrival. Upon check-in, they insisted I pay the full amount before even showing me the room. The biggest problem was the room itself. Despite booking and paying for a beach view room, I was given a room overlooking railway tracks instead. When I complained at reception, their response was unsatisfactory - they claimed this was the room assigned to my booking. They said I would need to wait 30 minutes for a beach view room to be cleaned if I wanted to switch. They refused both to refund my money or allow me to cancel and book elsewhere. The customer service was unacceptable throughout the entire experience. If you're planning to stay in Mount Lavinia, there are many other hotels with much better customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding Hotel Mount Breez.

Certainly very deceiving photos. The rooms are extreme outdated, mouldy, well worn, dirty and noisy as it is situated right on the train track. The breakfast was soo terrible that we opted to go to another hotel the next day for brekky. Avoid at all costs.
