Nice place
Inside the property was cute, and had everything we needed. The exterior of the place desperate for some TLC.
The only enterence to the house was us a steep flight of old wooden stairs, not the best for our 85 year old Grand mother, but we managed.

Not what we expected
We did not expect the house to be on the first floor with steep steps, with a rail / balcony not quite secure for young kids. The kids room had windows open upon arrival, which was not secure at all for young children who could easily access them, bend over the frame, and fall through it. The house is extremely noisy at any time of the day due to the traffic on the esplanade. Not relaxing to be outside, and still very loud from inside. Cleaning was succinct. Price did not meet expectations, a disappointed stay.
