DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE. The service here is absolutely atrocious, don't book a room here because the owners will charge it on you and not contact you about it at all. Booked an apartment, ended up with a family room without warning. Called the owner to rectify the issue, got threatened with being kicked out because we've raised a valid issue. DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE.

I rented a room on the 19th I had police looking for me to make sure I was ok so they came to the hotel. I didn't start trouble I was polite and happy I got a room. I used to come here when I was a kid. The 23 July I booked a room for the 24 when i got into reception the lady with the blonde hair was very rude to me and she said she won't let me rent a room because I had police here. I was shocked. The way she spoke to me was degrading and made me cry in my car. In saying that another issue The rooms are fulling apart light switch boreds not on securely that's very dangerous and the bathroom fan was making a horrible loud noise. Also they don't check ID and so anyone can put a fake name down for a room NEARLY every hotel checks ID. I won't be coming back here again, oh that's rite I can't because I had police checking on me. I hope next time she cleans her attitude up and speaks professionally..

Poor booking service. Was told the office opened in 1 Hour, left number for call back, none received. Office opened at 2pm. Rang again at3:30pm. Was give a rate of $216 - reduced to $190. Advertised rate on website is $160. Facilities OK - rate 6 out of ten. Outside unacceptably noisy - faulty pool pum and or air conditioners. Will I stay again - NEVER

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. You can park close to your room although ask for ground floor if you don't want to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. The rooms were very quiet even with the hotel next door and large trucks using the road behind. Free wifi and movies and a very clean pool. We stayed 4 nights and it was pretty much full each night. There is a continental breakfast but we opted for a 20 minute walk to the shopping center. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel next door, and there is also a new Pakistani restaurant next door Baaris Grill which was excellent, plus there is plenty of deliveries available from nearby. I found the old decor relaxing and it was all very clean and the gardens were well looked after. Our children live nearby and we will definitely stay here when we visit WA again.
