"Very bad service with the lady who was at the reception. I don't know why they have people like that. Some of the rooms are uglier. And unpleasant, no, and I had already stayed there before. A very friendly guy, but she was not very good. The service was terrible."

"I’m sorry but this place sucks. We got in at appx. 11:30 with all 4 of our kids, hauling our uhaul because we are moving. We finally got our 1 year old to sleep at 3, as she had been sleeping in the car seat traveling. My husband rolled over and had a bed bug crawling on his arm. We looked on our pillows and found 3 and the woke up all the kids. IT IS INFESTED! Stayers BEWARE. We requested to get a refund and checked out, they offered to switch rooms. We refused because it’s not a risk we were willing to take. We had to go find another hotel at 4am. The refused to refund."
