"The hotel himself was really good. Quiet, big room, and clean. Could check in earlier and nothing to complain. Just the location for non car users is a bit bad, because the bus not runs until late at night."

"I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too."

"The room is very new, the facilities are very good, it is suitable for a family to live in, the service is also very good, I will continue to stay next time, it is also very convenient to go shopping in the supermarket, there is a shaved ice shop downstairs, it is super delicious"

"So the hotel was great, thoughut doesn't have it's own car parking section, so I had to park on the street. I was only there over night and arrived late that night. As new policies have stated credit card numbers are no longer taken as security deposit, I was informed a $200 bond for 1 night of stay was needed, I was able to get this down to just $100, as I was driving from Liverpool to Brisbane the next day and had not budgeted for such a huge deposit needed as no where did the booking state ”we require a $200 bond deposit” and even the night manager stated it was a bit much. I've since spoken to other staff members, one that was quote arrogant and rude, one that was absolutely lovely, and their manager as well. The hotel is situated across the road from a pub, and directly up the hill from the Liverpool train station as well, it's 5 to 10 minute walk from all main attractions in Liverpool which isn't many as it's Liverpool sadly."

"The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. The sound of flushing the toilet next door can be heard clearly. The sound of opening and closing the bathroom next door was very clear. The shower head must be placed at an angle. Other angles will automatically slide down. The curtains were very laborious to open. Every time I filled the toilet, the sound from the toilet made me think I was filling the toilet with water."

"We loved our room, it was very homey, clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool, would have been nice if it was heated. Housekeeping made sure the sheets were changed and cleaned everyday throughout our stay, we appreciated that. Buffet breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and accommodating. We also would like to thank Tasha for making an effort to look for our missing charger and for resolving the issue. We would definitely stay at Mercure Sydney Liverpool during our next visit in the near future."

"Enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Located in the middle of nowhere, but not far from Sydney airport, and has free parking, which is super convenient for travelers, doing Blue mountains, who do not want to overnight in Sydney. Enjoyed the breakfast"

"Photo of the rooms provided by the hotel is exactly what you will receive. The heater (air con) was not functioning well so the hotel provided extra blankets and another heater to us, though it was noisy. Hotel was extremely clean though. Service by the staff is good as well."
