度假酒店，吃，住，玩—體總休感覺還可，離海灘很近，酒店有水上樂園設施，有三個泳池，晚上有時有演出，歺食還可，性價比尚可。

La réception n’était pas du tout aimable avec les Clients

الإفطار سيئ للغاية. القهوة والشوكولاتة الساخنة ليس لهما أي مذاق على الإطلاق. الموسيقى صاخبة للغاية طوال اليوم والليل. لن أكرر هذا أبدًا!

Not good

After our first day problems, not the fault of the hotel, we are very happy with the hotels facilities. The pool areas and dining areas are very pleasant and relaxing. The food for breakfast and dinner is varied with a wide choice. You have to be a very fussy eater not to find something to eat. The staff are helpful and efficient for a very busy hotel. I find the area quiet but the beach is a bonus with soft sand. Definitely improved from day one.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the waiting staff and those who organised the entertainment. Our waiter, Mohammed Ali, was excellent, very attentive and kind and friendly with our small children. We really appreciated the time and effort he put into taking care of us each day in the restaurant. The bedroom was a little bit tired but the rest of the facilities were excellent and the kids loved the pools and the friends they made around the hotel. Very safe and welcoming environment.

The golden tulip hotel was a amazing stay for me and my family and friends , there were 10 of us meaning the staff had a lot to do and they did it amazingly , all staff were extremely helpful and kind , it’s a shame the 2nd part of the hotel with the slides wasn’t open until our last day but we made the most of what we had , food was really good quite repetitive but nice . Rooms were average but kept nice and clean , recommended!

Hôtel agréable avec chambre spacieuse. Personnel souriant et à l’écoute que ce soit les serveurs le barmaid et l’accueil vraiment très chaleureux et à l’écoute. Piscine intérieure chauffée à très bonne température ce qui est agréable. Par contre un peu déçu de l’animation et découverte d’une piscine extérieure fermé ainsi qu’une piscine à jeux pour enfant fermé durant une période. Nous avons séjourné au tous début des vacances scolaires à la fin de notre séjour les animations du soir était beaucoup mieux il y avait plus d’ambiance et de monde d’arriver.

Ça fait 4 ans que j'ai visité cet établissement et Je le recommande vivement toujours cet hôtel et je compte de réserver pour cet été. Svp es ce que l'aquaparc qu'est à côté CV être ouvert ? Merci de me répondre .............................

At airport we were sent to wrong place for transfer along with another couple , no transfer there,Transfer desk then closed and had to get a shared taxi, at £60 for the four of us, first quote was £80 in two taxis. Then asked for another £10 in the car which we refused. Thank you to Amie and Daniel the other couple who got the taxi driver not to charge us anymore after dropping them off first. Musty room. No kettle. Will update. And somewhere between Manchester and tunisia wife 'lost'? her phone charger from outside zipper of case. As I said in title I hope it gets better.
