"What a beautiful property this is. Wonderful experience was at hotel. Very good staff very good rooms. Food quality should have been better. Otherwise property is at prime location"
"GREAT LOCATION. I booked this hotel for my sister-in-low & my niece. My niece had to appear for the test & personal interview @ NMIMS which is very nearer from this hotel. This Hotel is just a stone’s throw from Juhu beach and well connected to a lot of areas of interest. The hotel has nice restaurants which serves decent food. Overall they had a pleasant stay at this hotel."
"Don’t take 1st and 2nd floor rooms. Air duct leak. Confirming breakfast was with the room took too long. It’s an old property. Not worth too much price. "

"Property is excellent, food is fine and reasonably priced but the new staff are badly under-trained. If not somewhat rude unintentional. For them it the the process in the hotel that is god and not the guest to quote bike oberoi. Come and stay here is is great."
"The attitude of the service staff is very good, the facilities are a bit too retro and not acceptable, the rooms are large. I live on a balcony, but the air-conditioning equipment is still relatively old and loud."
"Good location. The room is spacious all you need to eat (tea-coffee set, refrigerator, fan, bottled water, safe). Breakfast in a nearby hotel is a buffet with dishes of Indian kitchen (on order of omlet, eggs), tea, coffee, fruit. If there are no special requirements, the couple of three nights are a good option"

Outstanding
RRamesh229I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes.
The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserPros:
-Hotel is located close to the airport
-Service is impeccable, any requests was attended within 15mins
- The breakfast buffet was the highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the guy worked the tea corner & the manager in that space, they were very attentive & helpful
- The water pressure in the shower was amazing, housekeeping staff were also very fast to respond
-The bed & pillow was comfortable
- The staff at the reception were very helpful & friendly
- As a solo female traveller, I felt safe
Cons
- The rooms are dated, in need of a up-haul. There are visible wear and tear, stains on the carpet, sofa etc. It doesn't measure up to 5 star hotel standards internationally especially for the price paid.
- Didn't have a great view from my room.
In overall, it was a great stay regardless and I would definitely return during my next trip to India. Thank you!

Ccindy82It was good value for money and the staff were very friendly.
Since it is near the airport, I think it would be great for business travelers to use it.
It was a room with two single beds, and it was spacious, which was nice.
However, it would have been nice if there had been a little more explanation about the hotel facilities at the reception.

AAnonymous UserIt’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

GGuest UserThe location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

RRadicaltravelsI will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here.
I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service at every turn. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining options, added to the overall enjoyment. A top-notch choice for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!
