Not so good service

アメニティタオル以外は何にもなし。水も下のレストランで買わなければいけない。

房間乾淨衞生，服務周到良好，前台英語非常好，酒店早餐非常豐富多樣，酒店房間佈置比較人性化，值得推薦入住。

Quite Nice

The hotel is clean and easily access to subway.

The metro station is right at the doorstep, and there is an Edeka supermarket within 1 kilometre. The facilities are relatively new, although some areas are not particularly well maintained. The reception and maintenance staff provide good service. During breakfast hours, the restaurant gets very crowded, and the staff at the bar counter can be rather brusque. When I was using a voucher to make a purchase, they even seemed somewhat displeased. Of course, I understand that this isn’t exactly an experience as thrilling as buying an Audi R8, but as a customer who did nothing wrong, it felt rather odd to be treated that way.
