唯一的優點在於離火車站近 走着三分鐘就到中央火車站 便於出行 但是火車站附近感覺不是很乾凈 人很雜 亂糟糟 而且入住的第三天下着雨很冷 酒店居然沒有熱水！ 無法洗澡 難以容忍 而且三天的咖啡機都是壞的 無法使用 而且隔音不是很好 總的來説體驗很糟糕 不會再選擇

5 mins walk to Munich main station, 20 mins walk to old town. Room facing the road is very noisy with trams running all day and night, and people talking. Room is well equipped with fridge, microwave n coffee machine. Be careful when going to amenity room at basement, there’s a ramp and I had a fall.

방이 크진않아요! 무인 체크인 체크아웃이라 편했고 나름 깨끗해서 좋었어요 위치는 트램역앞이라 좋고 마리엔까지도 걸어갈만했어요! 화장실이 커서 좋았어요

Hotel is ~10 mins walking distance from the HBF, which is very good location. Good amenities, cleanliness, and easy to check-in. However, the train sound is still very obvious even though with the windows closed.

自助式服務 我遺忘一個耳機在房間， 馬上發郵件通知 並全程協助查找 非常細心 而且聰明 很讚的酒店

事前不知這店全自用電腦 check in /out，沒人幫手的，初時有点煩惱。check in 後，可 what app 有服務員聯絡，但可能先Ai答你。地点是很好的，房間也不錯，我住的有小型陽台共用花園仔，很美麗。但入住酒店至離開酒店也不用見一個服務員！心裏很奇怪！

The room is very big, we are so surprised! As there are no staff in this hotel, we have to get our refills in the basement. However, when we arrived the basement, there’s not much things left :((( even we went there in the morning. We received the cash coupon for not having room cleaning, we still have to pay for the breakfast, which is quite expensive.

There is no staff on site for check in. We had a ground level room so access is easy. The coffee shop on site is rather costly. Better than an Airbnb, nice room but that's all.

位置一般 理距離火車站和巴士站還是有點距離 拖着箱子走路要十到十五分鐘 是自己辦check in check out還挺方便的 房間也還不錯 還蠻多亞洲人的

Convenient location . Great amenities. Opposites kings 1st class good service. Good wifi .

乾淨整潔，就是小了點

Creature comforts were well provided for, including the clothes line in the shower. Excellent coffee and breakfast at California Bean cafe next door. Perhaps the EUR10 voucher given in lieu of cleaning could be offered to the cleaning attendants as an additional option. Did not attempt to use the washing machine in the basement after seeing a hotel guest struggling with instructions. Self check-in took some time as we had to key in a lot of information while figuring out the German language.
