Very clean and new hotel. Service staff was helpful. It's an eco hotel, having a nature theme for its design. Location wise quite alright, but quite a bit of walk to marienplatz area. Simple and comfortable stay.

It’s really a nice experience in this hotel!!! Nice & big rooms, good environment, great facilities, kind people, & cheap locker (€3.00 for 24 hours, if I recall correctly).
The last but not least is that you can get free water whenever the bar starts, which is warm hearted to those live inside this hotel.
I will definitely come again when my next visit to Munich!
P.S. We booked 2 different rooms, and both were fantastic!

The property location is great, 20 min on foot to Marienplatz / Karlsplatz. The room is good and cozy, however the sink location is confusing (it is in the corridor, outside of the bathroom), it is literally in the room :D
Thankfully, the toilet has a proper door, but shower cabin is transparent and it is separated from the sleeping area with a curtain, a bit awkward as well.
All in all, good place, has its own restaurant with pinsas and decent locker room for 4 eur only.
The price per night is unfairly high though:/

A hotel in a good location, nice and with good rooms. We did not find a hair dryer in the room.
