The rooms are very comfortable .The restaurant staff are very cordial and polite. The cleaning staff do their cleaning regularly. The front office staff are very cooperative kind and give us the necessary information about several places to visit. In short very happy with the hotel staff . Misty Mountain resort rocks. Add a refrigerator in rooms

This resort is very nice. The food quality was excellent. Other facilities like the play area were also nice. The staff is also supportive. Rooms are also neat and clean. Overall a good experience.

The rooms where very good and the view from the hotel was supper. In the morning we have trekking and it was awesome experience.

Location was beautiful with great view of Munnar town. Food also was good and tasty with lots vegetarian options. Rooms and services are good. Kids play area could have been better.

I don't know how are they getting few good ratings. They deserve zero star ratings. Entire floor of the room was sticking. Basic amenities were missing in the washroom. In terms of service, I don't think they have anything as such. In short pathetic service.

we had a pleasant stay at Misty mountain resort. The Location of the hotel was excellent and surrounded by beautiful scenery . The food, service and hospitality were also very good. Overall I can say our experience was enjoyable and satisfying.

"i had a wonderful stay at misty mountain resort in may 2025. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and the attention to detail in service. It truly felt like a home away from home! i’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting munnar. I will recommend to stay my friends and relatives.

The rooms were nice and neat.The food was good but a little bit expensive.It would have been better if they had kerala meals and biriyani for their lunch menu.The complementary breakfast was good but they could include appam and some non veg curry also.The coffee at the restaurant was not good.The reception and room service was excellent.
