"This brand-new hotel on the lake just around the corner from Locarno in Muralto turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Ticino. Extremely comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms and lake view, a very nice bar on the terrace outside with lots of comfy chairs and sofas, and extremely helpful staff. It also has a fully equipped bike room with tools, workstand, laundry and washing station, as well as city bikes available for clients' use."

"The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the station. The reception staff is very polite and explaining. The room can see the lake view. The floor of the room is high and feels comfortable. The pillows and beds are also very good, but I don’t know why the iron pipe makes a sound of “cockroaches” every half an hour. Breakfast is normal and the seat will not be too forced. Overall, very good hotel!"

"The hotel is just opposite the train station. The hotel is quite bright and clean and sleeps very quiet at night. Bedding is good to sleep well. The hotel staff was amiable and gave a free ride card to the local area. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the quality is good."

"The stay was overall OK. The reception was friendly and I was well introduced. The signature Thai massage in the spa was a real highlight – very professional and relaxing.
The sauna area was very small and too dark. In the whirlpool area, the design was attractive, but the strong chlorine smell was unpleasant.
The room was spacious and exceptionally clean – one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced so far. However, the furniture was obsolete and the water in the bathroom was only badly flowing.

"Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin."

"Great place - everything is new and modern! Close to the train station, but you can hardly hear the trains. There is air conditioning. Everything is spotless in the room, soft towels, a good bed, excellent plumbing. Thin pillows, if that's critical for someone. You can order breakfast for 10 francs.
The receptionist was very kind. For the entire stay they give you a guest card, which gives you the right to free travel throughout the canton of Ticino on trains and buses, plus a bunch of discounts. I liked everything, unfortunately, I was there only one night."
