Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel - Convention & Sports Center

Dear [nirvana] Management, I am writing 👎👎👎to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way.👎👎👎 Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing. The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel. I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. Very good I enjoy a lot And would like to come here more and more. For me is very nice everything , high quality stuff, everything very well done and prepared for a nice stay , so highly recommend!!! They also have very good padel and tennis courts. And the best breakfast I have ever had in my life.

Every thing is good the food the room the housekeeping everything is great . We are very happy to choose your resort and very nice places . I suggest to prepare a bus to take us to the mall in time for 3 hours and return it’s very good idea i see it in Dubai.
