Puflene Resort

How else could I describe it? Beautiful, sunny May day. We want (I was with my wife) to see the resort so that, possibly, I can make a reservation. The door is wide open. Barrier raised. Holiday resort. I come to see, to know. A person with a golf cart addresses us: "What are you looking for here?" It's private property! Get out ! ». I pretend I didn't hear right. "We were watching too. Maybe let's have a coffee and get to know the location." "You came here to make a mess. Where are you from ? » « Next door » (We were staying at a guesthouse next door). "Go and make a mess there! Get out ! » This is how the tourist is treated at this complex. Do you think I would try to make a reservation there? I hope it was an unfortunate incident and that this is not the culture in the beautiful Puflene resort

I only recommend it for a walk. Pluses: - the resort is big - suitable for children, many places to play - the outdoor pool is nice, right on the lake Minuses: - the furniture in the rooms is very old - the food is buffet style, it is not diversified, it has nothing to do with what buffet means -spa does not work (even if it was mentioned in the offer) - in the same period with us there were 2 groups who had reserved tables at the restaurant and we the other tourists stayed in the corner. It doesn't seem normal to me to be marginalized, on our own money. They could at least let us know. I would definitely not return, the price is high for the quality offered.

Stayed here for two nights. The conditions are from a 3star hotel from the 90s. The room is big, but the door was not opening/closing properly, the outside screen broken, the washroom had shower head and ceramic broken. There aren’t too many food options, more or less same food every day. No vegetarian options. The pool doesn’t have enough chairs as well. The price doesn’t match the services. Do not recommend
