Wow 🤩 Stayed in swim up 19. Our last day today chilling by pool. I don’t often write reviews and we all inclusive regularly each year. This hotel is outstanding. 1. The staff work tirelessly and always have a smile on their face. From the cleaners, reception bar staff and restaurant they are all amazing. The chefs are always happy to accommodate any requests and the food is incredible. You certainly don’t leave hungry. 2. Hotel is spotless and room is cleaned everyday 3. Location perfect, beach beautiful and easy bus access to Alcudia bay and Old town. 4. All the bad reviews really annoy me as people need to do their research. The entertainment is only for an hour each night however it’s durable and what you make of it. We managed to have a laugh as a couple on our 40s. Beautiful bars and restaurants near by. If you want a lively hotel with top notch entertainment go elsewhere where. However if you want 5 star service and quality for the perfect relaxation holiday this is the place to be. This deserves 10 starts ⭐️ Every single member of staff deserves credit for their exceptional friendly service. Thank you all

Great hotel, clean and perfect for families. The location is great, close to the beach and bars and restaurants close by if you fancy a walk. The animation team and bar staff work incredibly hard. On the first day the weather wasn’t too great but the animation team reached out to play football with my sons which really made their day. The kids enjoyed playing bingo by the pool and the choice of two pools for the kids gave us a change of scenery through out the day. The food is really good and there is always something to eat at meal times. I would like to say thank you to the animation team, Whal, Sara, Nerea and Raul who made the days for my sons even when the weather wasn’t great. Thank you to Tamara and Dani who serve amazing cocktails and always with a smile. Good that the cocktails are always made fresh to order. Great service and great hotel. One opportunity would be to put more pizza out at food times as this was always popular with kids and adults and sometimes led to big queues but that is only one thing I thought could be improved.

Stayed for 4 days in over 18, semi private pool. Rooms were spotless. Enjoyed all the food (all inclusive) Staff were all happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment in the evening was lacking, and not a lot going on around the hotel. You'll need to jump in a taxi For relaxing ( which we enjoyed a lot of!!) and / or having young children, it's a great hotel. However, not a lot for teens. There are not a lot of indoor things to do, so if the off chance you get rain, be prepared to entertain yourself. We honestly loved this hotel, and it's not likely I'd ever return to the same hotel, this one. However, I would.
