Hotel appearance on outside was good but inside needs alot of updating. Beds were not comfortable and breakfast was very very minimum to choose from. The location was the best thing going for them and being close to restaurants. The staff were eager to assist customers with all their needs.

We also stayed in May 2024 WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! As a hotel you should hold to a standard of cleanliness and making sure that your hotel doesn't have bugs! You as a company should be more responsible. Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with our room. Large ,comfy bed super clean !! The women at the front desk were very friendly. Overall hotel very clean and well kept. The only complaint is the breakfast... or I should say lack of... 1st 2 days minimal selection of pre packaged items... and Friday much to our delight there was help in the breakfast area super super nice woman who was making waffles lol.... And she had everything nicely arranged.... We would suggest fresh fruit might be nice if that was available and possibly a few more breakfast items.... We are looking forward to staying again we have family in the area...

We found this hotel and we are so glad we did. Great room. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Bryson City. Quiet and well appointed rooms. It was staffed by knowledgeable people. The view from the front looked over the town.

This place is a great family owned hotel we’ve stayed here about 4 times in past year and it never disappoints. The employees are very nice and great at customer service. The rooms are good sized and always immaculate. Can’t wait to visit again!

A nice new hotel that still has that new construction smell. Our room was clean, comfortable nicely furnished with ample space. The staff was friendly and helpful . The complementary breakfast was a little spartan with everything individually wrapped but it was adequate .
