"We loved this beautiful authentic Swiss hotel in Mürren ! The owners and Staff were so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived to the end of our week holiday. They smiled with their impeccable service all day long. The food was delicious, the ambiance and views exceeded our expectations. Thankyou for making our holiday for 29 senior skiers from Whistler BC , Canada a 10/10!!"

"Located at the end of Murren, it takes 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel, but next door is the cable car station up to Sherwin Peak, but maintenance is a bit noisy Unlucky to live on the lowest floor, without air conditioning need to open the terrace door for ventilation, but outside the terrace is connected to other rooms, plus insects can easily enter the room There was basically nothing good for breakfast, however the restaurant aunt was very Nice"

"This hotel was the absolute highlight of our 11-day trip to Switzerland. We booked it in advance for 2500 RMB/night, and staying there felt like an incredible value! Arriving in Mürren at night, we stepped off the train to see the hotel lit up like an ancient castle, glowing through the mist – it instantly brought to mind those classic, steampunk-era scenes from American TV shows. Once we got to the lobby, we couldn't help but say 'wow' – it truly lives up to being called a 'Palace'! The design is outstanding, and the interior feels very modern and new. The room also had a fresh, new feel, and I particularly loved the rubbery texture of the bathroom floor! We were incredibly lucky to be assigned room 205 at the end of the hallway. End rooms have two balconies: a side one facing the small town where the train arrives. It snowed that night, and opening the window to see the snowflakes illuminated by the lights immediately transported me to a romantic Christmas scene from a European or American film! The absolute best part was the front balcony – opening the door revealed three snow-capped peaks right in front of us, practically in our faces! We woke up to 'golden mountains' bathed in the morning sun just by drawing the curtains! The breakfast was simply dazzlingly abundant. The cheese and bread stations were both beautiful and delicious, and you could also order freshly made fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, and waffles. The staff were also very warm and friendly!"

"This hotel is perfect for a group or family for a couple of nights. The building itself is beautiful and charming, as many of the other reviews state. The hotel and amenities are basic, with simple rooms and spartan restaurant / breakfast buffet. We used the shared bathroom and shower on our floor; very clean and well looked after. In fact it's all that we needed. The hotel is loud in the evenings as groups return from their daily adventures; disposable ear plugs are provided for this inevitability. The location is ideally situated in the middle of town and centred between the gondolas and the train station."

"Two advantages: cleanliness and convenient location. The whole town is small, there are no inconvenient hotels, but this one is right at the foot of the cable car. If you ski in winter, it should be considered a ski in & out hotel. Other than that, it is really just like a university dormitory, with very small single beds, just like a student dormitory. The breakfast is also very simple and the quality is very average, there is no one to serve, and there are still a lot of flies in the summer. Sometimes there is someone at the front desk and sometimes there is no one, so there is no service. The Alps are very beautiful, full of wild flowers in the summer, and it is worth a visit. But this hotel is really average, especially for a hotel that costs nearly 2,000 RMB a night."

"It's very close to the train station; turn left and walk along the hillside for seven or eight minutes. The hotel's exterior doesn't quite fit in with the town of Murren, but the lobby overlooks a row of snow-capped mountains, and the same scenery is breathtaking from the room window. The restaurant's dinner was decent, but the breakfast was unremarkable. The room amenities were acceptable, but the water temperature was inconsistent and difficult to adjust."
