"the hotel was under rennovation, and half of the rooms are in concrete. This should be disclosed when we book the hotel. The desks in the room had a layer of dust from the rennovation I think, which was inevitable. Also there is constant rennovation noise in the day, but i was out during the day, so the noise did not bother me. The 2 boys at front desk are helpful and nice. They responded to my request to the best they can. I asked for 1 toilet paper roll and they gave that quickly. In the booking it included breakfast, but the 2 boys told me that breakfast is not included, and i can order on the menu and pay. I showed them the booking, and they asked me if i am okay with a veg sandwich and tea. I said sure. The tea was good. Veg sandwich was okay. The shower's water tab is loose and falling out. I asked the boys to fix it, cos it is hard for me to turn the tab to the side for hot water. One boy showed me that it can work and he rotated the inside of the tab a bit so that it is already in the position for hot water, then put the tab back on. I was like... fine.... i will not give you a hard time. on the day i checked out, i said no breakfast needed, but pls give me a bottle of water. The boy gave me water from the fridge immediately with no charge. ALl in all, the 2 staff were hardworking and responsible. I praise them for that."
