had one of the worst experiences at this so-called “4-star” hotel. I arrived early from Dubai at 4 AM, only to be met by an unprofessional staff member who was not wearing a uniform or name badge. He insisted that I had to pay for two nights (March 30 and 31), even though I was checking in early on the 31st. When I tried to explain the hotel’s early check-in policy, he refused to listen and told me I could only check in at 5 AM—even though my room was already ready! He was clearly just trying to get more money from me. When I finally checked in, I was handed a piece of paper for parking instructions. A 4-star hotel giving parking directions on paper? Worse, the directions were unclear, and I ended up going to the wrong location. Instead of properly guiding me, the same staff member just pointed vaguely and was completely unhelpful. When I reached my room at 5 AM, I was shocked. The room was a disaster—smelly, dusty, and dirty. The furniture was covered in dust, the carpet was filthy, and the entire place felt unhygienic. When I complained, I was told there were no other rooms available. This hotel lacks basic customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness. Stay away! There are much better options out there.
