The hotel is ok for the price. Could improve with the interior and amenities. The towels were torn from the edges, bathroom amenities had one gel (not sure if it was shampoo or body wash), and dental kit on request. There's no spa at all as advertised. The swimming pool is on the rooftop. Small but ok. The water bottles in the room are limited to only 2 per day.

It has a nice lobby and a quiet place, It has a coffee shop inside the lobby , Maybe on my next visit again I will stay again in this hotel

We stayed at the Centra by Centara (formerly Muscat Dunes Hotel) for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is nearly situated in the city, accessible if you have a car. When we arrived, parking was along the street and limited. The check-in and check-out was fast and hassle-free. The lobby was accentuated with a golden elephant that caught our attention, truly a Thailand vibe. Our room was quite dark since there was no natural light coming from the window. It had a small kitchen. The bathroom was clean and functional. I didn't like the position of the closet beside the bed; it's not accessible. I think the hotel was more of an apartment style hotel. You could hear the noise from outside the room since there was a door gap between the floor. The housekeeping and lobby staff were prompt and helpful. Breakfast is available past 7 AM. Lucky for you if there's a buffet but most of the time the breakfast is served a la carte. Thank you for the very helpful Ms. Chookra (small girl with a beautiful smile) at Nana Restaurant. They have a gym on the roof top. We didn't use the pool, I think it needed a good clean. Overall, we did enjoy our stay because of the friendly and helpful staff. An affordable place to stay when you need to stay for longer days and only at night.
