One of the best experience i had in masoorie till now Awesome rooms , friendly staff and and best service .. really so much impressed by the staff and owner that they made us feel as we r in our home ... I recommend whoever is reading my review .. must stay here i am not only 5 star rating but 10 star for the service and attention the hotel staff gave us .. just came back to Delhi today and before unpacking my stuff i am giving my reviews with full honesty .. thanks once again to the staff members and owner by heart

Hotel loction is good .car parking chargeable.no mineral water .price is too high .rooms not clean.

There are plenty of issues in the hotel.
1. The room in the basement and in the rainy season there is a leakage and smiley also.
2. there is extra charges for the car parking.
Very bad experience with the MakeMyTrip . I will never use the service again this extra charges but less service

Dear sir,
Please find attached few pictures of the room which is not at all matching from your website. I have got this room as "Super Deluxe Room" in the Hotel Naaz, Mussoorie against my booking
I want to highlight few things of the property:
- The room is too dirty
- Washroom is smelling very bad
- The Matters are damaged which has been given on double bed, can't even sleep.
- In the booking you confirmed tht I will get one double bed with one extra bed, but they have given matters on the floor instead of extra bed
- Blankets are too dirty and smelling too bad
- Manager was abusing and telling me to cancel the booking
At that time (9:36 pm) when I called you , where I find the another property to stay at night.
It's totally "D" grade property.
As we don't have any option to go anywhere else, we bound to stay at the worst property.
I request you to cancel this property and arrange to refund the amount and give me this stay as complimentary. Because we was not having any other option and you are also not provided any other property.

very Nice hotel and management But Time eshu, Agar app jaldi Pahuch jate ho hi to o apne time se he milega nhi to alag se charge do tab jake kuchh samai ke liye alag se hotel denge but very Nice hotel

Room were dirty walls were so dirty bed was also not good wash basin broke on its own and we have to pay for it
