They provided me a store room there was only 1 bed and stuff which is waste was there they charged me Rs-1800/- for one night pathic horrible experience

Room Conditions: Shockingly Unhygienic I booked two rooms at Hamer’s International for my mother and aunt’s trip, and the experience was unacceptable. - Deluxe Room: The first room had a severe foul odor—like sewage or damp mold. It was unlivable, and anyone staying there would risk falling sick. - Superior Deluxe Room: The second room was slightly better but still not worth the price. Staff Refused to Help When we complained immediately, the front desk staff denied a room change and refused any refund. They showed zero concern for guest comfort, claiming "no other rooms are available and we can't do anything." Location Hassles - No taxis allowed near the hotel—had to drag luggage a long distance. - Rickshaws also doesn't cover complete distance, adding unnecessary stress. **Final Verdict: A Complete Scam** This hotel does not deserve your money. The management ignores complaints, the rooms are disgusting, and the entire experience was a nightmare. Stay away unless you enjoy wasting money on sub-par service! Do yourself a favor—book elsewhere.

Well it was amazing, i took four bedded room , the ambience was awesome and the staff are very supportive and they come at even one call.

Every thing is good, laundry service not available, wifi not available, tv not working. Rest things are good
