Aegon Mykonos, Autograph Collection

Poca pulizia negli ambienti esterni comuni un sacco di macchie per terra sia dove fai colazione sia sulle scale che ti portano alle camere. E sotto le scale c’è molto sporco. Altra nota negativa non ti danno le salviette per la spiaggia come negli altri alberghi

Room: Got upgraded to the beach house with beach view. Please see my fotos. You see the ocean a bit but what you mainly see is a dirty parking lot full with garbage and driving cars and scooters. You would not believe that you are in Europe. Rooms are tiny. Watching movies with Netflix on TV not possible. - Beach: Hotel has no own beach. You have to make minimum spend of €40 per person to get a sunbed. Which would be OK for me but it is extremely loud due to all-day awful music and it is extremely crowded. I don’t blame the beach club but the hotel should be honest about it. - Pool: Infinity pool with view on the dirty parking lot and traffic. Unbelievable. You cannot see on their website. Music coming form beach club, sometimes they play their own music too so you may hear both at same time. No way of relaxing - Noise: Awful music all-day, several helicopter flights due to landing spot 500m away and traffic. - Area: Dirty, no pedestrian side walks, construction sites and garbage. You have to walk 20 min uphill on the road with extremely dangerous traffic to get to the next shops. Same applies to the other building of the hotel where you have to use this road to get there. - Restaurant: Totally empty, no one eats there for dinner. Not sure yet why. You forced to go out. - Deposit: Charged me EUR 600 deposit. Not sure why. Never seen something before like that in a 5star hotel where you pay EUR500 per night. - Arrogance: They just close some parts of the hotel due to private events for 2 days. Honestly I am participating one of these but for other guests this is a no-go. You cannot stay at pool and have to take breakfast inside because of this. There is no sorry from hotel management. Everything is totally normal for them. And its main season… - Breakfast: Good. And staff is very friendly. But they charge you extra if you want a coffee for to go from breakfast. I am on my first honey moon stop. I asked the hotel manager very politely to charge me for the 2 nights but that I want to leave to another hotel afterwards. They just offered a room in the other compound but that will not solve issues. They cannot refund me they say - I wonder why. I have travelled into several 5star hotels and I never complained. This is the first time and due to my own position in a big corporate I will make Marriot mgmt aware of this. Greetings from room 715.

From one of nicest public beach in Mykonos they made a disaster in the Albanian Renaissance style at its best, with arrogant and utterly incompetent service. You can smell the trash bins from your €60-100 bed and the parking is a mess. The crowd is in line with the beach. As far as the hotel is concerned you'll enjoy a similar level of service -or no-service- at outrageous price.

This hotel is in one of the most beautiful locations in mykonos. Rooms are super small. Their beach is totally over rated. We had to wait for ever for drinks and food. In fron the Beachclub it parked with cars that they make so much dust to the pool and noise. The view to the beach is so ugly!!!! They have blocked it with a wooden wall and it is parked with cars and motorbikes. First day we came and we parked there the guy asked us to pay even though we stay in the hotel. He made such a big drama to make us pay for the parking. Dont go! I am a titanium Bonvoy member and i was treated so bad!!!!!! Horrible people and not what we were expecting!!!!!

We had an excellent stay at Aegon in the Wellness Suites. The property is brand new, beautifully and elegantly designed and extremely well run. The staff are very attentive and helpful, especially the management. We are Titanium Bonvoy members and had a hiccup with the reservation details and the hotel manager solved it personally and immediately. We were very impressed, We also had dinner at the sushi restaurant at the hotel which was also great, our sushi and steak were excellent. All in all an excellent Autograph property

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel con il mio fidanzato, pulito, accogliente e ben arredato. Splendida la camera con la piscina privata, silenzioso e rilassante. Buona la possibilità della spiaggia vicinissima e gratuita per i clienti dell’hotel (ovviamente come per tutti i posti di mykonos con un minimo di spesa per ombrellone) . ColaZione buona ma per un posto del genere si potrebbe fare di piu. Non proprio vicino al centro e quindi un po’ scomodo per raggiungere mykonos town, i taxi sull’isola sono pochi e molto costosi. Nel complesso però buonissimo hotel, consigliato per chi vuole godersi un po’ di tranquillità lontano dalla movida dell’isola.
