Shine Residency

We recently stayed at Signed Residency for a quick overnight halt on our way to Wayanad. We were looking for a clean and convenient place just to rest for the night, and this property turned out to be a great choice. Although locating the property was slightly tricky, it was manageable with some navigation. Once we reached, we found the room to be quite spacious and comfortable. For the price of just ₹1500 for a non-AC room, the stay was definitely worth it. The room came with all the basic amenities — including a geyser and air conditioning (for AC rooms) — and the bathroom was clean and functional. It’s a great option for small families or groups of three looking for a budget-friendly and hassle-free overnight stay. Overall, Signed Residency is a value-for-money stay option and we would recommend it for anyone passing through or making a short stop near Wayanad.

Location isolated, nothing is found nearby. No restaurant, u have to depend ipon swiggy or zomato, linen not changed, i stayed for one night and changed the hotel.

The hotel has provided good clean room. Friendly and polite staff. The staff was prompt and showed good hospitality.
