I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing, The rooftop area was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The room was clean, The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Nice hotel to stay in - comfortable and clean. I would recommend that the hotel remove the comment that The Wind Hotel is a 4 star hotel.  It is not a 4 star hotel and I think that creates expectations from guests that are unrealistic. This is a good hotel and good value for money. The staff do not speak much English, but are very willing to help - so service levels are good. The WiFi is very disappointing - impossible to get a connection on the WiFi.

The resort is one of the best properties in Pattaya. The room was superb and the overall experience and service were excellent. The fish house offered a wonderful view with a fairly average menu - nothing great, but acceptable. La Cucina is underrated, from the complimentary bread to the salads to the amazing pizzas, just superb.

My third time at this hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is private, attached to the quiet beach. The beach is clean. The pools are big and very clean. Overall are the best. I will definitely come back.

A very good value for money accommodation that included a lot of activities for almost everybody!. My 9 years old nephew could not get enough of the pool. I enjoyed playing table tennis. Food service was very good too. Breakfast selection might not be the biggest but came with great selection of Thai and international food that everybody can enjoy.

Good experience was stay in Mason,if u like a quite environment u can choose here,will be right back again.The staff name Pei pei is so cute and good service,even though all staff Mason is friendly and helpful.Massage therapist is good experience massage.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Indoor parking is available with easy access up the building. The room was fully equipped and neatly organized, and the massive smart TV was a personal highlight—definitely a win in my book! All the staff were friendly and attentive, providing warm, professional service throughout our short stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel as we had to head back to Bangkok early. We booked the Oceanfront room, which had a great view, but one drawback was the lack of privacy. The room was located right next to the pool, and families with young children started swimming early in the morning, creating quite a bit of noise. The glass doors didn’t block sound well, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, I’d recommend choosing a different room type. Despite that, I was still very impressed with the overall experience. I’d definitely consider returning for another stay!

my first solo trip for my birthday, and I had a truly wonderful stay at U-Pattaya. The room was beautiful with an incredible view, especially for a sunset lover like me! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made my stay extra special. I want to give special compliments to a few people: Aod (Night Shift): I was taking pictures alone late at night for my birthday, and Aod took the time to leave his work and offer his help. He also suggested me to visit the swimming pool and take some pictures, which was an amazing idea! May and Yui (F&B): I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to May and Yui for helping me during the breakfast time. After I checked out, I was enjoying some mocktails by the pool, and May approached me for a small chat. She made me feel warm and less lonely. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional. Kan also made sure to check on me frequently to see if I needed anything, which I greatly appreciated. Miguel: He was friendly and professional during check-in and even walked me to my room, which was a lovely touch. Bom: Bom was very friendly, greeting me and checking in to see how my stay was going upon checked out I was a little disappointed with the experience at checkout. I called reception to inform that I would be coming down in 10 mins as I wasn’t feeling well and almost done with the luggage. However, the bellman came up in 5 mins and waited outside the door with it open which made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for the lovely decoration and cake. I will definitely be back for another stay!

Cheap and cheerful. Everything was fine except the bed which I found too hard. I understand this is a personal thing. Close to the beach and Amara windsurf club.
