"Beautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there.
*room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well!
*breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare!
*facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful!
*Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!"
"This is the best hotel with Fijian siging at breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour and post happy hour. I just loved the vibe. The staff are superb. The night manager, tall IndoFijian bloke, found my wallet Where I had dropped It with about 20,000RRMB in It and he returned It intact. Just trully love this hotel staff witn signature Fiji smiles and hospitality. I highly highly recommend it. "
"The hotel is 4 Fiji coins from the town, walking for more than 20 minutes, there are two in the town, Chinese restaurants, you can have a real treat. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful, there are slides, the service is very good, just found the living room is very dark, call the service desk, immediately sent someone to take the light bulb to change, the security and engineering staff are very good & #128077 The kitchen only has a microwave and a bowl, a fork spoon, no pot blade, we need to cut the pineapple, and after talking to the service desk, we quickly went to the kitchen and gave us a loan."

"I was transiting through and had to stay the night . The hotels okay. Room is very clean. But room does not include water . Large water bottle costed me 15 Fijian dollars which is expensive. Location is great. It’s next to jet point shopping center which has many food options. And is in between nadi town and airport. Good for a short stay, wouldn’t recommend for a holiday.."
"The home stay is conveniently located close to the airport, at just around 10-15mins walk, but don't follow Google Maps, as they'd provide a wrong inexistent path.
The host is very helpful and the amenities are pretty basic but good enough for a one night stay. Towels and soaps are provided. Some kitchen utensils are also available for use or one could order some food from the home stay directly.
Finally, good amount of parking is also available."
"Staying at the hotel was a good experience. We were welcomed with bright smiles by the staff. They escort us to our room, explain everything about the room and then remind us that they will always be there if we need any help. The room that we booked is facilitated well. The location is the best as it has the best view I have ever seen. You can see the sunset from your balcony as well as mountains and also you can clearly see the nafi airport sign as you can see on the photo. The hotel is clean and they do room services everyday. Also, they always remind their guests about their breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their service was soo good. Everything about this hotel is brilliant. LOVED IT!"

Great
CCK-HongKongThe hotel is in the close proximity of the Nadi airport. It takes about 5 mins for you to walk to the hotel from the airport, super convenient especially when you rush to the airport. However, the hotel do provide shuttle bus service to the airport. The restaurant is nice with live singer while you’re enjoying your meal. Room, bathroom and other facilities etc. are clean and tidy.
Overall, it’s a pleasure to stay! 👍😅
SsabsabhoThe road to the resort is a bit bumpy and nothing is really near to the resort (restaurants/ convenient stores etc.), so you will need to call a taxi every time you need to go out or get supplies. The room itself is not super bright and the furnitures were a bit wear out. The resort is literally on a beach, so do expect to have quite some mosquito whenever you are on your way back to your room, and it's also tricky for travellers with big luggages to carry their bags to their rooms, since there are few steps of stairs to the door of your room and the pathway is sand. However, if you are here for a short stay, I think it would be ok to look past that.
If you are looking to stay for a night in Nadi, and going to the islands for the next few days, I suggest looking for other accommodations in downtown Nadi, such as Nalagi Hotel. As we drive past other hotels such as Mercury Hotel, it seems like a motel as well, so it might be best to look for something downtown.
MMr Adam PorterIncredible hotel, fantastic location and super friendly staff. Great location if you’re looking to relax, Fiji time! Gym has everything you could need, cafe, restaurants, entertainment, gym, tennis courts, beach and they offer water sports and activities on campus as well as convenient and easy experiences to book. We even booked a day out and a boat came to the beach inform of our room and picked us up. Amazing place, safe to say we didn’t want to go home.
KKenneth LALOTokatoka was an excellent choice for me as a customer TRANSITING through Fiji due to its ideal location to the airport. I used the trip.com app to do an online booking with a good deal literally minutes before enjoying a 10-minute walk from Nadi International Airport to the resort.
Was welcomed with a cool orange juice while waiting to check in at the counter.
Didn't have enough time to visit the whole resort as I was tired from the trip, but my observations and first impressions of Tokatoka are as follows:
1. Ideal location to Airport (walking distance)
2. Very friendly stuff with great customer service
3. Free airport transport transfer provided
4. Room could be better decorated (#114)
5. My Highlight: Great restaurant and bar area with amazing pool design. There's also a playground area for kids, which is a bonus.
Overall rating, 4.5/5 🙏🏼🇵🇬
AAachalThe service was +++
Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Rooms were super clean and in working order. Room service was excellent.
Highly recommended.
AAnneTRA good place close to town and the airport. The meals are nice but can get boring after a few days, however there are a number of restaurants and a supermarket near by. A great place to join tours to enjoy Fiji’s cultural experiences. There are also council buses at the door that can take you to other towns and markets near by.
AAlex.StanI stayed in a private room at smugglers cove for my last night in Fiji. I had previously stated in the 22 bed dorm but decided to treat myself for the last night as the price was a good deal.
The room was clean and spacious, although there were a few small cockroaches. The bathroom light switch took me a while to find as it was hidden between two plug sockets.
The staff at smugglers cove are all very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent experience there.
GGuest UserService: The service is very good, helping carry luggage to the room,
The facilities are a bit poor, so bring your own slippers, otherwise you will be barefoot in the shower, and you have to bring your own to wash up. There is no quilt, only a quilt cover, and a small blanket for those who are afraid of the cold at night. Generally speaking, it is cheaper than the local hotels It's okay
GGuest UserReception comes with a warm welcome, then the real thing started.
Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour.
In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you.
No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm.
There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables.
Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off.
There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed.
Water from tab is yellow.
Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others
I would suggest to take something with free airport pick up. Never recommend this hotel as it’s a rip off.
