I booked because there was a gift included in the package where I am able to check in early and guaranteed at 11am check in and check out at 2pm. But when I checked with receptionist, they said the room is not ready at about 11.30am but was later given a room after 2nd check with receptionist. Next day when checking with receptionist was told to check out at 12pm, but was able to allow check out st 1pm. If the gift included “guarantees early checking in and late check out” does not even apply or exist please do not add into the system. Its very frustrating to choose something with this benefits but after payment the extra benefit.

這個酒店設施非常新，住16樓可以看到海，早餐也非常豐富，特別是前台的服務，我入住的時候定錯了時間，聯繫攜程不同意退，後面和前台溝通，同意退房，非常人性化的酒店！

Stay is good, but the only down side is the water heater. The water for shower tends to turn cold very fast. It’s been a long time already even like we changes the room also the same

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. They also provided a breakfast. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
