I was misled into purchasing a holiday membership from Royals Moonlight in April 2025, paying ₹61,000 based on promises of 4- and 5-star hotel stays, free stay for children, and premium services. However, after payment, I was offered only 3-star properties and charged extra for basic inclusions that were originally promised as free. Repeated emails to their support went unanswered, and their representative even confirmed that “refunds are not issued under any case” — which speaks volumes about their ethics. This has been a distressing and disappointing experience. I’ve raised a formal dispute with my bank and filed a complaint through consumer forums. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and be cautious about holiday memberships that sound too good to be true.
