Stayed for 3 days and 3 nights—terrible experience. Room was never cleaned, linen never changed. I had to collect it myself, and even that was dirty. Toilet had stains, paint was peeling, and there were cobwebs. No cleanliness at all. Tried upgrading to an AC room (at extra cost), but it was in the same condition. Was told AC won’t work during power cuts as there’s no backup—and they won’t take responsibility. No Wi-Fi either. Toiletries? Just two mini soaps. Staff? Extremely rude. I checked in early assuming it was allowed, but was later charged for an extra full day with no prior intimation. When I questioned it, the manager rudely said, “Why should I inform every guest?” and even threatened to confiscate my belongings. Plenty of better hotels nearby—avoid this one unless you have no other option.

The room reeked of unwashed, stale linens, with crumpled towels and sheets that looked like they hadn't been replaced in weeks. There was no hot water, leaving guests to suffer cold showers, and requests for assistance were met with rude, dismissive staff. Every corner of the room screamed neglect, making it clear that comfort was not a priority here. They collaborate with taxi drivers and travel agents (especially from West Nepal) to funnel customers to their business, so exercise caution.

Wonderful experience. Located at the best place in Nainital. Staffs and cook were really nice and helpful. Food was delicious. Special thanks to owner Atul for taking extra care about our comfort as we had elderly ladies with us. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

It’s a scam, the agents standing near the lake tell you all false things and the place to reach is so narrow it scratched our car while being so careful, he said free wifi and our room was on the ground floor still no WiFi connection was reachable and no network. They said pick up and drop till 8pm till anywhere when we said to drop us at the market he said only pick up and changed his statements so many times. Then when were at the market we called him first he didn’t pick up for so long when he finally did he said I will not come there he will only come till below the slope 100meters near the hotel we had to walk all the way till there and in the market no taxi service is available at that time. We asked for heater since it was so cold he denied. The rooms switch was outside and in the morning when we woke up they had switched it off and we thought that the electricity had homes when we got irritated and asked them they switched it on from outside. They also said hot water is from 8am to 1pm but they lied it was cold as ice despite telling them. Never believe the agents and after they bring you to the hotel they ask you for money. For using hot water we filled our kettle and then filled our bucket with that little kettle water.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room was filthy with stains on the carpet and a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The bathroom was in disarray, and the towels looked worn out. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don’t go there.

Very bad experience honestly water was running out and hot water was only available in the morning cleanliness issues were there moreover the staff members are not cooperative no respond to complain overall pathetic
