Namah Resort Jim Corbett, A Member of Radisson Ind

Had a great experience at Namah Hotel in Ramnagar! The hospitality team and Chef Yogender did an excellent job, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the dinner spread which had multi cuisines, breakfast too had lot of choices. Its a highly recommended place.

Our stay at Namah was excellent. We chose it for the second time after our good experience. Papiha gave us a great welcome and treated us really well during our stay to make it more comfortable and enjoyable. The service at Namah is really good.

We stayed here in the second week of May and I must say it was an exceptional experience. They upgraded our room to premium room on their own which was a pleasant surprise for us. The place is splendid and is well maintained. All the staff is welcoming and courteous. We enjoyed the dinner spread which had multi cuisines, breakfast too had lot of choices. Few highlights- firstly, the live flute during the breakfast was one of its kind experience that we had, one would feel mesmerized. Secondly, the property has at least 100 plus mango tress in it. Being there in summer season and seeing mango laden tress all around was heart warming. The room, washroom etc. is good. The pool is huge, they have a lot of pace for walking. They have EV shuttles all around, which makes it very convenient to move in the premises. All in all, its a highly recommended place. Though we could not see tigers in Jim Corbett but our stay at Namah made it worth the visit.

We loved our stay there. The facilities were amazing and we loved every bit of it.

This is the kind of hotel which will cancel your booking a day or few before your travel date and give you unusual kind of excuses. I am having booking of 2 rooms for 11 may and today on 5th may they are saying that we took your booking due to technical issues and hotel was sold out. I booked on 18April and after 18 days they cancelled saying the hotel was sold out . Why did you take the booking then?? Never bothered to inform earlier, why? I made full payment and the booking was done under non refundable category. I booked one room on 18th April and another room on the next day. Still the availability was there then only the booking went through. Now my money is stuck and my confirmed booking voucher holds null and void!! Am i in the real world. Could you ever expect this from a 5 star category hotel under Radisson group. Feeling cheated and in mid of no- where!!
