Namah Nainital, A Member of Radisson Individuals

Overall experience is good, staff is good, have parking facilities and the small garden area is well maintained. Near to Mall Road area, also provide shuttle to go there. Nainital lake is almost 1km far from hotel. Again overall experience is good and relaxing.

We visited Nainital in the first week of June, a trip that held special meaning for us. We chose to stay at Namah (Radisson Individual Retreats), and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained — clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel cared for. A special thanks to Ms. Sanjana at the front desk for her warm and helpful nature. The doormen, housekeeping staff, and everyone we interacted with were kind and respectful. We felt more like guests in someone’s home than in a hotel. Mr. Deen Dayal from the restaurant deserves special mention. His hospitality and attention to detail made every meal a pleasure. We also had the chance to meet the head chef, Ms. Shivangi, and Mr. Mohan, who even shared a recipe when I complimented a delicious salad — a lovely gesture I truly appreciated. Some unique highlights of our stay included a stargazing session with Mr. Sanjeet Roy, which was both magical and informative, and the beautiful live music that played in the evenings during dinner — it created the perfect atmosphere. Overall, this wasn’t just a hotel stay — it was a warm, memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team at Namah. We left feeling happy, relaxed, and very grateful.

this is one of the best hotels you could find in Nainital. The place is absolute dream with great food and hospitality. Thank you so much! Will come back soon
