Lavington Residences is an excellent accommodation destination. Stayed there for 8 days and I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Serviced Apartments in Nairobi.

Very nice service, friendly staff, also the generalmanager Mrs. Lily. Every day housekeeping, include CLEANING THE DISHES,-))))

Good location and big clean apartments

I stayed at Lavington Residences by Trianum in Nairobi for about a month, and I had an excellent experience throughout my stay. The serviced apartments are well-designed and comfortable, offering all the conveniences needed for a longer visit, including fully equipped living spaces, great amenities, and a calm environment. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service provided by every member of the team. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their responsiveness and warmth made me feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to the front desk representatives — Carol, Jannet, and others — who were always supportive and went out of their way to help with my requests. They made check-in, daily needs, and any questions I had feel effortless. I also want to appreciate James, who played a major role in overall maintenance and guest support. Whether it was lockers, water filter setups, or any general upkeep, he was always there, always helpful, and always dependable. His dedication did not go unnoticed. The daily housekeeping was wonderful too — especially Rispee, the room cleaner lady, who was consistently thorough, professional, and caring. Every day the apartment felt fresh and well kept because of her dedication. The restaurant team — the chefs and the food servers — were also outstanding. Even though I didn’t learn the name of one particular food server, his kindness and warm service meant a lot. And finally, a big thanks to the security guards. Their professionalism, friendliness, and constant support made me feel safe and well taken care of at all times. They were always attentive and respectful, and I truly appreciated their presence. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here. The combination of great facilities, superb service, and genuinely caring staff made this feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for making my month in Nairobi such a pleasant experience — I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to others!

I had a long-term stay here and really appreciated it. The staff, right from the security, reception and restaurant are kind and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped and frequently serviced & the environment clean and quiet. I really appreciated the delicious restaurant food that was always freshly made and tasted so much like home. Big shoutout to Brenda, Caroline, Janet (reception) Rodgers, Joel, Amina (security), Joseph & Zipporah (restaurant), the cleaning staff 🙏🏽 and all not mentioned but truly valued 🙏🏽

The apartment’s location was very convenient for me and offered beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with most units fully furnished with essential amenities. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, professional, and very welcoming. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was exceptional. The property also offers excellent amenities, and the environment is very quiet at night, making it an ideal place for both rest and work.

I visited this place for a high tea with my colleagues and had a wonderful experience. Carol interacted with us so well and made us feel very welcome. I truly enjoyed the service and the overall atmosphere. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend it.

My journey was nice, the appartement is very clean, big exactly like it is in the image. The building is also close to the road and the market place.The services are very good and i was served by Brenda at the front desk who served me very nice, and she was very welcoming and polite.
