Health: quite satisfactory Environment: quite satisfactory Facilities: The hair dryer shaft is loose; no disposable slippers Service: The attitude of the male front desk on the night of the 29th was extremely bad - I redeemed the ”room upgrade” but was not given an upgrade. When I went to communicate with Ctrip customer service, they also lied about ”upgrading to a superior king bed room”. The configuration photos of the two room types are different (already in advance) I took a photo of the room and gave it to Ctrip customer service); I redeemed it for ”breakfast” and said it was not available. I asked Ctrip to confirm it. I showed them the order and said I didn't know. With the same 4 stars in Shuitou, Mingchao and Wuzhou would not have such a service attitude!
