The parking fee downstairs is 60, but only 30 is reimbursed. Alternatively, you can park in the China Resources Yuefu community diagonally opposite the intersection, and the 30 can be fully reimbursed. The more troublesome thing about parking in the community is that it is difficult to go down to the basement when picking up the car, because after entering the community, you have to go through the gate of the unit building to enter the basement, and there is no staircase on the ground to enter the basement. In addition, the water heater in the room is only enough for one person to take a shower. There is no hot water after taking a shower, and you have to wait for a long time. The hot water temperature may not return to the level before taking a shower the next day. In short, apart from one or two attractive features, there will always be a few disgusting places when staying in a B&B, which will really affect the experience. It is better to consider a regular hotel in the future.
