Excellent hotel; convenient location, right next to the lake; delicious breakfast; free laundry, washer and dryer. This was an excellent surprise. I will stay in this hotel next time when come to Nanchang.

酒店坐落艾溪湖西畔，藏在從路口向右拐進延伸的馬路里，是一個鬧中取靜的好位置。離地鐵站步行一公里左右，飲食還好，出行稍顯麻煩。
酒店顯然是以星級為標設計，房間比較寬敞，設施比較新。採光陽台與長沙發屬實愜意，淋浴間寬大洗澡很舒服，且淋浴頭不會一開水就亂晃。吧枱備有6瓶水，浴袍備有薄款，設施很讓人省心。
僅衞生掃除可能稍有疏漏，床具枕頭，與沙發的靠枕均有些異味，不知何故。此外，房燈除床頭燈外，大燈均由一個開關控制，一亮全亮一暗全暗，對亮度的控制不能太自如。
總的來講，雖然位置比較偏僻，但是本身作為湖景酒店，普通房型價格較低，算比較有性價比。若高級房型有浴缸與露台並存，則秋冬季可説很有吸引力。

實話説酒店房間非常大，但是也能看出來歲月的痕跡，地下停車場位置很小，大車拐彎一把有難度，酒店也很大，房間有點老舊，希望以後有機會翻新一下。但是價格還是很合適的

酒店外光很高檔。果然是星級酒店。 大廳也很壯觀。 辦入住小胡服務的很熱情周到。幫忙拿行李。 房間也很大。 是湖景房。非常漂亮。 酒店健身房 洗衣房 都有。都很新。下次還會來入住的！

從攜程定酒店目前為止住宿體驗感最差的一次，沒有之一：
1，入住當天前台，戴眼鏡的女前台就對我們兩口愛答不理，問了三遍是否根據我的權益進行了升艙才不耐煩的回覆了一句已經升艙了
2，當晚洗水果時水池堵塞，來了一位修理師傅，折騰半天，然後理直氣壯的説修好了，你們自己把地上的水擦擦吧？what？這服務？
3，我沒有理會修理工的頤指氣使，叫了服務員來打掃，結果服務員發現堵塞仍未修好，又叫了修理工來，交接的時候高速修理工回頭你弄好擦擦！轉身就走了
4，不耐煩師傅進行了第二次維修，找到了原因，掏出了很多頭髮，然後用保潔給她的布隨意擦了擦走了！
5，我們看地上仍有水跡，就用已經很臟的墊腳布擦了擦，又用房間裏的紙巾擦乾淨了
6，房間紙巾用完了，找前台要了2次，截止到晚11.30都沒有送來，實在太困了就睡了
7，次日使用水盆發現下水管仍有漏水，就問樓道正在保潔的人員要墊腳布，保潔不耐煩的回覆每個房間都是配套的不能亂給，你們修理工沒修好漏地上的水我們踩滑了算誰的？
8，近退房時間2點前，接到前台熱情的電話，説可以延一小時退房，衹要回頭給好評就行，直接拒絕，前**氣瞬間大轉彎，説好的直接掛斷電話
9，老舊的吹風機超級難用，衞生間插頭不停鬆動，簡直了
以最壞的住宿體驗結束了這次8天的江西遊！！！

房間內設備陳舊，電視機也非常小，
應該是十幾年前的電視機
整體衞生一般，
床品應該是重複用了多次，顯得比較硬，不是很舒適
整體下來給三星，對不起這個快400的房費。
