Nanjing Yunjia Art Hotel (Xinjiekou Shanghai Road Subway Station)

Not a shill! The hotel is very new and clean. The transportation is also very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk downstairs to the subway station. I stayed there for several nights. I highly recommend staying here.

It is very close to Shanghai Road subway station. When I first entered the room, I felt that it was very small. One of the beds in the twin room I booked was directly attached to the door. When I walked into the bathroom, I saw that the toilet bowl used by the previous resident had not been cleaned yet and was full of filth. I called the front desk to ask if they could find an aunt to clean it. After waiting for a while, no one came. I asked the front desk if we could change the room, but they said that there was no room of that type at the moment, and we had to pay extra for an upgrade. I asked for a free upgrade, but the front desk did not agree. Five minutes later, the receptionist and the manager came together. The manager did not apologize or provide compensation right away. He only agreed to a free upgrade for one night after we requested it. We had to pay extra for the last two nights. I took the subway for more than seven hours and arrived in Nanjing at around 8 o'clock. I was so tired that I felt terrible staying in such a hotel. The only good thing is that the upgraded artistic twin beds are OK (the last two pictures), and there are many delicious soup dumpling shops nearby.

The front desk is very friendly, any problems can be solved immediately, and the cleaning is also very timely. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which makes it convenient to go to the city's attractions and eat and shop.

The room is not big, Facilities: perfect. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud. The water pressure is very strange. It is hot and cold. Normally, it should be cold when it is turned to cold. However, it is still hot and it takes a while to cool down. I asked the front desk to turn on the air conditioner in the middle of the night, but it was turned on in time. The bathroom shower suddenly dripped water after 11 o'clock the next day. For a while, I thought it would stop and I had to get up. After looking at the situation, I finally called the front desk to handle it in a timely manner, but it was inexplicable and I was embarrassed.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, but the TV cannot cast the screen which is not very convenient and I cannot watch my favorite TV series. Hygiene: The hygiene is good and it is clean. Environment: The overall environment is good.
