Loud Construction noise all throughout day AND NIGHT. avoid this hotel until the construction is completed.
they gave a 20% refund which is honestly not enough. can not recommend.

Located next to several offices in the Software Avenue district. Room is quiet, pretty standard and cleanliness was OK, although not sparkling clean. Breakfast is oriental style, noisy and chaotic, only large tables are available, so sharing is expected. One of the limited choices available to foreigners in this district

When booking, I saw the room type introduction with sofa, coffee table, desk, etc., which was the same as the last time I stayed, so I booked it at a higher price. After arriving at the hotel, the actual situation did not match. I confirmed with the front desk that there were three rooms. One room was indeed unconfigured, and the other two rooms were already occupied and could not be exchanged. After making several calls, it was not until the third day that I was able to change to the reserved room. After returning home, I contacted Ctrip and asked the hotel to refund the difference. The hotel is acting rogue and refuses to compensate. The on-site pictures are proof and can be compared with the room description on the website. It deceives consumers and leaves bad reviews.

Traveled to Nanjing and stayed in this hotel for two consecutive nights. I was very satisfied with the experience. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the toiletries were of good quality, the environment was quiet, the elevator was powerful, and the robot service was convenient and in place. It must be 5 stars.

I stayed in this hotel twice. Overall it was good and very close to the subway station. There was something wrong with the middle door lock. The master quickly fixed it. The lady at the front desk was very gentle.
