We wrapped up our meeting in Suzhou and decided to swing by Nanjing to visit our relatives. And boy, did we stumble upon a gem of a hotel! This place was like a work of art, with Chinese artistic touches everywhere you looked. I gotta give a shout-out to Alex and Alice at the reception. They provided us with some top-notch service while checking us in. And let's not forget about Alex from the concierge - that guy was a lifesaver!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had such a relaxing time, and I guarantee you'll feel the same if you give this hotel a shot. Seriously, it's worth every penny. So, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this place.
To sum it all up, our little detour from Suzhou to Nanjing led us to this incredible hotel. It was decked out with beautiful Chinese artwork and had a vibe that was hard to beat. Alex and Alice at the reception were absolute rock stars, and Alex from the concierge went above and beyond to help us out. Trust me, you won't regret staying here if you want a wonderful, laid-back time.

這次訂了兩間，酒店很貼心的把我們房間安排在了隔壁還做了升級。Daniel和前台小姐姐們的服務都特別好，禮賓也非常專業，送行李進房間還脱鞋，深表感動，環境也特別好超出預期啦。走的時候還送我了鳳梨酥。酒店的中餐廳也是非常美味的！這個酒店讓我們對南京的印象特別好。

服務：感謝freya小姐姐給我辦理的入住服務 ，服務很好，人也甜美，所有的問題都是一秒鐘就反應到解決辦法，讓人感受很棒，全程面帶微笑。
着重感謝賓客服務經理笑笑，她凌晨還在回覆我的疑問，因為我真的很喜歡酒店的音樂，我想讓她幫助我的問題，她都幫我解決了，並且放在心上。
希望一些國際帶星的品牌酒店都學習一下，我覺得如果讓我再來南京選擇酒店，我還回來涵碧樓💕因為我覺得兩個小姐姐真的很棒，這個年頭酒店可以這樣堅持服務的已經很少了。
