環境：地理位置優越，地鐵1號線玄武門站上來步行一會就到了，前面就是金茂的購物中心，裏面有吃有逛，還買到了星星人（開心），去各大景點也都很便利
衞生：整體環境都很乾凈，打掃很及時，很放心
服務：一樓禮賓部的小哥哥們幫忙搬運行李，前台，餐廳以及客房的服務人員都很熱情，響應很及時，有問必答，辛苦啦～非常感謝😊
整體體驗很不錯，下次來南京還會選擇金茂

Very spacious and comfortable room with lake view ! Staff are great. We enjoyed our stay though the facilities in the hotel are quite disjointed as the swimming pool is so far away and reception is on 23 rd floor separated from concierge which doesn't have seats while waiting for transport.

假期帶孩子來南京旅遊 選擇了金茂威斯汀酒店 因為是老牌酒店所以硬件稍微老舊但是衞生總體不錯 景色也很好可以看到玄武湖 地理位置不錯樓下就是地鐵不用出去外面商場直接可以換成 去哪裡都不算遠 周圍美食較多 到德基也很近 酒店員工服務也很好

實話實説，槽點太多！第一就是電梯太少，上下很不方便；第二空調效果不好，調到20度一點用沒有，半夜醒來一身汗，嚴重影響睡眠；第三淋浴間裏的花灑四處漏水，你們都不檢查的嗎？！和價位嚴重不符，唯一還好的就是前台接待尚可，雖然沒有按訂房時承諾的給予升房。
吃虧上當就一次！以後不會再來。

太垃圾了，設施太老了，晚上睡覺找不到燈的開關。兩個房間兩千多，光想着掙錢了，一點質量都不要了。房間居然是多變形，房間裏很壓抑，進去極不舒服。簡直太差勁了。整體配套真不匹配這個品牌，方向感不好的連酒店大堂都找不到。看圖片一千多一晚的房間，避免踩雷。不值！沒有任何亮點！

和家人來南京出遊，選擇Westin一定不會錯！
位置：地段一流，窗外即是南京最好的城市景觀，到玄武湖新街口都是15分鐘內路程。
服務：這一次Kino是我的Staff，服務態度很好；包括酒店其他Staff的成員態度也都很好！
環境：做得很好，大堂的廁所甚至設了雙重門，人文關懷一流。
設施：酒店內還免費對住客開放游泳池和健身房，天氣太熱，在南京的這幾天大部分在這裏度過，很贊。
餐食：主要體驗了早飯，選擇很多，風景也絕美。

作為老牌的五星級酒店，服務沒得説，熱情，專業！地理位置也是非常便利！樓下就是地鐵站！樓對面就是玄武湖景區！離鼓樓也很近！去到哪裡都非常方便！酒店的自助早餐出品也很穩定，對得上這個級別的水準，房間所處樓層的風景無敵，可以看到玄武湖景區和南京市區！唯一不足是酒店的正門在樓的後面，第一次來還是找了一下，前台在23樓。所以第一次入住有點懵！用的還説體驗不錯！

優點：服務比較好 前台都很熱情。
缺點：裝修老舊，房間一點也不方正，不知道是不是給我的房型不好。1200多一個雙床房，裏麪包含一份下午茶（廉價，難吃，）小西瓜吃了一個，其他基本上沒動。花錢來住五星級酒店，用地攤貨都不吃的甜品來忽悠顧客，這個下午茶你要麼就不要有，有了就要做好，這都不知道算啥。浪費時間。
再就是要説的早餐的問題，早餐品種少，味道還不好，那個鴨血粉絲湯，無法評價。
重點是那個水果，上面果蠅蟲很多，喊服務員過來看，也是敷衍一下，並沒有解決。
