1.我現在真的很想吐糟一下我在5.2號到五月四號入住的怡萊酒店，我真的非常無語、我預訂了兩天晚在該酒店、我拿到房間卡，當我一走進來，房間的被子都沒套和枕頭也是一樣、什麼都沒套，就那樣都在沙發上，我這次和家裡人一起出行，我們進來的時候都懵了，這是等我們客人來套嘛？？？，過了十分鐘後，一個穿着拖鞋，一身酒味的大叔走進來慢吞吞的在那裡幫我們套被子，垃圾袋，讓我們一直在這裏等，慢吞吞的，廁所和房間都是頭髮，掃地也就那麼敷衍的掃過去………………，我跟他們説要換房間，他直接告訴我這是最後一家酒店了，沒有換….並且告訴要換的話有一個更好的要加一百多，一上來就是一百多……我真的簡直無語了…這是什麼酒店，我希望攜程酒店官方給出一個合理的回覆，我現在非常的氣憤！！！！
2.本來我們就是屬於親子游，帶來了我一個一歲的小孩，晚上需要喝奶、但是酒店前台居然熱水都不提供，而且那個房間的燒水壺也不敢用！簡直是臟到令人無語，這麼臟的水壺，我敢問你們酒店，你們自己敢使用嗎？？我真的笑了，這居然是給客人用的………憤怒！詳細🉑看圖片！因為這樣我家的孩子晚上都沒喝到奶粉！導致我大晚上的跑出去樓下向其他的店鋪借熱水，真的是憤怒💢！
3.酒店的設施設備簡直讓人臟到無語，床單臟到不敢睡覺！詳細🉑見圖，在打掃衞生的時候這個大叔就把我們睡兩天的床墊放在沙發上，我們看到那個被單都臟的不想説話！我跟他那邊説要換枕頭，他説還要我自己下去申請…..啥啊？！還有這花灑…這麼臟，你去用啊！臟的要命，真的受不了了！！不想説話了
4.睡完這個被子之後，真**，今天臉上手上都巨癢….手臂上和腿上也是…..癢的要命！被子臟就算了…我當時心想來旅遊的哪裡有不踩坑…，但是這樣一搞，我真覺得這個酒店不值得這個價位，啥酒店啊，還敢這麼開價…..，真的服了.臟亂差！！體現的淋漓盡致，無言以對了……
從進入這個酒店後、就已經很不爽了，然後現在一連環的問題，真的很無語………….一整個差的居住體驗！！這是給客人睡的地方？？

為了考試去住的那裡，條件還行，一般，晚上被蚊子咬醒了，沒找到電蚊香液，第二天開燈才找到，被蚊子折磨了一晚上。酒店地理位置還好，有點點不好找，一棟樓有很多機構共用電梯，馬路邊門面是黑色，當時找了好一會兒😂總之還行，價格親民

前台小姐姐11:50電話通知説12點退房 我説不都是下午兩點退房麼 小姐姐反問我誰告訴兩點退房 我説既然這樣怎麼入住不説或者提前通知下呢 小姐姐就有些不耐煩的告訴我12點前退房 我也是無語了這態度***差了 第一次也是最後一次了 環境不説了 圖片看下吧

衞生條件很差，換下來的床單被套都是亂糟糟的扔下樓梯過道上，我們第二天退房的時候仍在。
空調老化，花灑也很臟。
酒店沒有停車場，衹能停附近收費停車場，按小時收費。
訂房需謹慎！

房間我個人認為中中等等，我當時入住的時候發現，一開始洗手池的活塞卡在洗手池排水口那裡，我一直掰不出來，後來叫了前台工作人員來處理了，還有就是洗手間的玻璃門很難開關。
總而言之，也希望你們酒店前台對房間設施設備進行定期檢查，尤其是洗手池、洗手間窗户等，儘可能不要因為一些設施設備等問題影響了住客的心情

酒店設施非常舊，衞生也不行，好像沒打掃過一樣，環境真的是，前台就一點點，而且前台服務態度還非常不好，拿兩瓶礦泉水都説要收錢，到了12點不斷催，還説什麼行李不給保管的，房間裏的空調很吵，還能聽到隔壁的聲音，平時很少寫評價的，但是這家是真的差

出行過很多次，無論好與壞從未寫評價，這次實在是太生氣了，28、29號住了兩晚，30號返程到家後，身上一直癢，本人從未對任何東西過敏，去醫院檢查，醫生説是酒店床鋪不衞生導致的，真的是很憤怒😡😡😤😤
