首先位置有點偏，太晚入住的話，周邊沒什麼店，比較不方便。
房卡除了開門沒什麼用，前台也沒有提前説明，一夥人進了門摸黑在那找插卡的地方，後面才發現直接都能開關。
隔天早上有早餐，幾樣簡單的小吃，可以將就，樓下就可以打車，距離高鐵站20分鐘內能到。

酒店房間比較乾淨，服務態度非常好，距離地鐵不算遠，步行10分鐘左右，唯一遺憾的是訂的含早餐房間，由於春節期間廚房師傅放假，給我們準備了麪包和牛奶，小朋友不喜歡吃，換了白粥和雞蛋。如果酒店能提前告知春節期間早餐衹提供麪包和牛奶，我估計也不會訂含早餐的了，外賣也挺方便。

服務員説話語氣很温柔，但是就是不解決問題，最開始入住的房間排氣扇壞了，問服務員的回覆讓我自己看，我説讓他上來看，他説是技術人員教的她怎麼看，具體的他不會處理，我表示你不會維修我理解，但是問題需要處理，你上樓看哈確認是壞的該修修該換房換房，後來確定是壞的，服務員也不主動説給我們換房也不説維修，就直接説就是壞的，感覺就是讓我們將就住的意思，我們主動提換房，服務員給我們的感覺是好像我們有點為難她。反覆溝通了好幾分鐘後，最後還是換了一間，晚上在使用發現窗户是壞的，浴室玻璃門也是鬆動的，還是不想折騰將就住了。雖然前台小妹説話温柔但是服務確實沒有。

每次路過南寧都住這家，房間不錯，寵物友好，酒店裝修屬中式，帶有青花的格調，比如房間裏的燒水壺都是青花瓷的，服務態度也好，樓下免費停車，方便。以後路過南寧都會入住這家店
