"Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area. We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in. Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression."

"The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty."

The location couldn’t be more convenient – it’s right in the city center, making it super easy to get around and explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafes. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby, which made shopping, dining, and even just walking around incredibly convenient. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed – washing machine, kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was quiet, secure, and comfortable, perfect for both business trips and vacations. One of the biggest highlights was the host – extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. From the moment I made the booking to check-in, the host made sure everything was smooth and easy. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I felt truly welcomed. "The hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here"

"The staff are very knowledgeable. Eg. When I ask how to get to the long bien station, they give very specific instructions making it easy for us to navigate there. (Don't trust Google map!!!) They even give a ”cheat sheet” on how to cross the road, not to get scam tours, etc. Even the housekeepers are very happy. Service is like in their blood. I also love the eastern oriental style decor of the hotel... very fitting into the Vietnam vibe. I would like to try their more premium rooms in the future. Location is good too, walkable to the old iron cast train Bridge (5min), old quarters (about 10min)... highly recommend a CityWalk around hanoi"

"The room isn’t spacious, but it’s well-suited for a solo stay, with smart use of the limited space. The city view from the high floor is pleasant. There was some noise from trains coming and going at the station right in the opposite side of the hotel building, but it wasn’t too loud or disruptive. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and remained nearly the same throughout my 3-day stay."
