Un expérience globale très satisfaisante.

Todo bien ha sido una estancia tranquila hotel muy cerca de la estación

Bien mais chambre un peu vétuste

I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The only thing i didnt like was i dint have heating in my room. And other thing when i book nobody told me like i need to pay extra tax of the city, is no a lot but you should tell.

Buen Hotel y desayuno correcto.

Novotel est bien situé, grand pour un séjour en famille très propre, j'ai passé un bon séjour

Destacó la cordialidad de los empleados, jóvenes muy atentos pendientes de nuestras necesidades. El hotel está bien ubicado a 500 metros de la gare. El desayuno es normal por el precio podría tener más productos. El restaurante estaba cerrado por lo cual no podemos opinar. La habitación era grande y cómoda y el baño estaba dividido en dos partes. La puntuación es porque no funcionó la calefacción en las tres noches que estuvimos. El hotel puede ser mejorado ya que le falta un poco de mantenimiento. Tuvimos una buena estadía a pesar del problema de la calefacción. Los días fueron nublados y fríos. Fuimos a La Rochelle en flexi bus - se llega con tranvía a la parada - y volvimos en tren., en el día Paseo recomendable en sábado o domingo. No perderse el mercado . Nantes es una bonita ciudad para realizar una parada. El aeropuerto está cerca y tiene una conexion en bus que deja en la gare de Nantes.

Déçue Pas d'information préalable sur le parking alors que demande faites par mail : information possibilité réduction 20% non transmise. Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles : renseignements en amont insuffisant sur le parking, accès compliqué de la salle de formation, salle bains, petit déjeuner très moyens (même pas de beurre sans sel, vaisselle peu pratique, choix confiture, service à revoir)

Séjour Royal Ont était la pour un spectacle à la cité des congrès et l'hôtel juste à côté, petit bonus ont était voisin avec les stars de la soirée 😁😁

Novotel should be ashamed of this hotel The common areas are nice and the employees friendly, but the Clasique and Superior rooms needed an urgent refresh 20 years ago. I simply cannot understand how this place is alowed to keep 4 stars... With the exception of the executive room, the rest are extremely dated and the bathroom condition and age was simply unacceoptable. The 1st room we got had oil on the carpet (sofa bed, we assumed) and the staff moved us to another one wich was "ok" but still way below the expectations. The staff confimed that all the non-executive rooms were the same. Regarding the room, the bed was confortable and clean. TV was very small, minibar didnt work and the rest of the room (particularly the carpet) felt very old and not properly mantained or cleaned. The room smelled old. The bathroom was clearly the worst. Absurdly dated (probably 50+ years) not well maintained and the cherry on top: the bath had a shower curtain instead of a screen. There is basically no load/unload area, as there were cars parked there. The closest car park is relatively modern and convenient but didnt have security and in general didnt feel safe at least on a weeked day. We stayed one night and cancelled the rest. We did not enjoy our stay nor did we use any additional services. We basicaly stayed 9 hours between checkin and out. I would not recommend unless staying on a executive room (that is basically a standard 4* hotel room) and will absolutely not stay again.

Parkplatz ist ein echtes Problem. Wenn man ins Hotel mit viel Gepäck kommt ist das auch ein Problem. Nur Stufen und Kopfsteinpflaster. Vor dem Hotel parken ist auch auf eigenes Risko wie ich informiert worden bin. Das Hotel ist schon über die besten Tage hinaus. Wenn man zu einer Konferenz neben an muss, ist es sehr angenehm einfch.

Solo traveler. I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The location is quite handy as it is close to the railway ( 9 min. flat walk) and to the city centre, where my business partners office is located (10-15 min. flat walk). From the outside it looks a little run down (e.g. old signage and dated style). Staff seems nice although they are not really helpful, or maybe they don't have the resources to be helpful. I arrived in the city at 1pm during a red warning storm but I wasn't allowed to check in until 4pm, although they offered to keep my luggage if I wanted to go for a walk (?). At check -in they charged me €100 deposit, I was told in case I incurred in extra expenses (e.g. room service). At check-out they ensured the deposit would be returned to my account in the afternoon but I am still waiting for the reimbursement 3 days after. Breakfast is quite good, although it could be better tended (e.g. egg boiler had insufficient water to boil the eggs and the temperature was too low). They didn't have vegan milk (soya, oat etc..). Also, it was unpleasant that staff vacuumed near guests tables during breakfast. My room was quite run down: the carpet was stained and had cigarette burns. The room had peeled walls, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The furniture didn't look too fresh. I didn't dare to sit on the sofa since the upholstery didn't look very clean. The mattress was really bad. I could feel (and hear) all the springs and woke up with a very bad back pain in the morning. The heating wasn't working either and didn't get fixed during my stay, although I had advised reception of the problem. In summary: Novotel was such a disappointment and not worth the money. The pictures they show on the website and booking platforms are not accurate (at least for my room). I won't recommend it to anyone.
