在南通新區，地鐵站大概幾百米，還算方便。但是附近的樓看着都有點老舊，衞生狀況也蠻差的樣子，尤其是辦理入住的那棟樓！房間挺大的，不過也是感覺沒有精心打理，都落了好多灰，設施都還可以，但是嚴重疏於管理的感覺！好在價格便宜，就這樣吧！
