Great location and rooms. Breakfast bites and beach chairs are a nice plus! A quick walk to all restaurants and The Wave!

Incredible little gem! Booked on a whim and was originally based on price before Labor Day week. What a pleasant surprise, this place was amazing!! Loved our entire stay from the room, location, porches, happy hour, breakfast, staff etc. After biking all throughout the island, we have to say this was the absolute location there is. Walkable from ferry and to everything in town. We can't wait to come back. The front porch was the absolute best part of our stay.

A cozy, welcoming place to stay! I stayed at 21 Broad during the Daffodil Festival. I'm so glad that I did my research and found this gem! It is a quick walk from the steamboat terminal, which was conveniently located to many restaurants, bike rentals, and shops. Upon arrival, I was in awe with all the beautiful flowers that adorned the entrance and on the patio! I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were so inviting and offered suggestions of things to do during my visit. As I walked through the foyer/ breakfast nook, every corner of the Inn was decorated with beautiful flowers. The Inn was impeccably clean. When I entered my room, it had beautiful sunlight and bright, cheery decor. A welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, decorated sugar cookies, and sparkling lavender water greeted me as I entered the room . On the second floor where I stayed, there is a water dispenser (that offers flat or sparkling water) and a Keurig available for all guests. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast that offers things like sous vide eggs, mini frittatas, baked items like mini muffins and croissants, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, and Oui yogurts. It was very satisfying! When I came back to the Inn after my excursions, I could smell something baking, and sure enough, later in the afternoon, warm chocolate chip cookies appeared in the foyer. The patio was a beautiful spot to unwind with a coffee or glass of wine (it's BYOB). Overall my stay was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Traveled very last minute to Nantucket on an anniversary/birthday trip with my husband after our flight was cancelled to our initial destination. I was shockingly able to book the day before, at a reasonable rate (comparatively). Upon arrival, we were able to check-in early which was a pleasant surprise. Our arrival experience as well as our stay was top notch. I would describe the property as an Inn. Rooms were unique and we had plenty of space for the two of us. The hotel’s location is in the heart of it all. We were so close to restaurants and shopping as well as bike rentals and the ferry. 5 stars for location! That said, because it’s in the heart of it all, there is some street noise, however, there was a thoughtfully placed white noise machine that when turned on, drown out any noise. We would absolutely visit 21/19 Broad again!

Great location! Room was clean and quiet. Great deck out back and front porch was a good location to chill a bit before dinner. Would not hesitate to return for another stay the next time we are in Nantucket.

This was our second time staying at 21 Broad and it only seems to get better! The staff, room, breakfast, location, location, location, were all awesome! The common areas are great as well and I need to mention the filtrated water and soda water (?) machine on the second floor. Just the best experience overall!
