賓館很新，裏面的設施很新，非常乾淨。房間窗外看到一個湖，早上有鳥鳴。到珠璣古巷步行幾百米，很方便。老闆熱情禮貌，有問必答。

非常棒的一次入住體驗，靠近珠璣古巷，環境優美，更讓人意想不到的是，有一個非常優美的湖，空氣特別清新。老闆人好，幫忙推薦附近好玩好吃地方，房間又大又寬敞，衞生乾淨，沒有任何異味。性價比非常高，重要的是可以免費停車，早上早起還可以免費去參觀珠璣古巷哦。
非常強烈推薦給來南雄出差或旅遊的朋友入住首選。

店家服務很好，還幫忙拿了行李到房間。當拿到房卡推開房門的時候，已經發現超預期的驚喜，想立刻給5分好評了！房間很大很新很乾凈！很乾凈！窗外是山上的夕陽照在魚塘上（説是湖），景色很美！很寧靜的感覺！早知道公館對面馬路就是珠璣巷的入口，車水馬龍，沿着路面走過去就是人氣很旺的商業區，所以這就是真正的旺中帶靜了。很贊！！！

房間很寬敞，門口停車方便，珠璣古巷走路幾分鐘就到，老闆服務熱情，還介紹了好吃的餐廳給我們，讓餐廳老闆給我們打了折。

位置:地點比較方便的，離珠璣古巷門口很近，旁邊幾百米幾家餐廳可以選。路邊可停車。
服務:熱情親切，缺什麼也馬上就拿上來啦。
設施:有一個點不習慣，房門沒法反鎖，建議可以加個鏈條那種。沖涼房我覺着可以加那個可抽取的掛着的那種紙巾，再加個肥皂盒就好了。
其實性價比還是不錯的，房間夠大，

民宿是今年開業，衞生還算乾淨，但設備簡陋，二樓沒裝修，要爬到三樓，連兩支礦泉水都沒有，洗漱用都沒有，介紹吃晚飯的點不怎樣
