Anemomylos Residence

Questo hotel o meglio residence anche se non mi è chiaro perchè non sia nella categoria hotel è stato scelto per diversi motivi. Per prima cosa la posizione vicino al centro ma non nel caos di Naoussa , poi la camera con idromassaggio privato in giardino, a seguire la colazione e la piscina. Inoltre apprezziamo l'hotel con poche camere. L'impatto iniziale è stato positivo, posto tranquillo, tutto curato, elegante, pulito, personale cordiale e gentile. Eravamo preparati ad avere poco spazio "vitale" a bordo piscina, lo spazio era davvero essenziale giusto per i super comodi "lettoni" .Sulla piccola terrazza alcuni tavoli per poter fare anche colazione all'aperto . Sulla colazione avrei da fare una critica, abbiamo trovato molto deludente la sala posta nel sotterraneo. Ci aspettavamo, dalle foto viste ,sì un posto al chiuso ma che fosse al piano Se si voleva fare la colazione fuori bisognava salire una scala muniti di vassoio pieno, non facile e spesso ci abbiamo rinunciato anche perchè i tavolini fuori non erano sufficienti . Comunque a parte questo aspetto un po' antipatico la colazione è stata buona, anche se non c'è mai stata una variante sul cibo. Le due torte plum cake un po' stoppose, le brioche buone, lo yogurt greco buonissimo con tanta varietà di frutta secca assortita e cereali. Il succo proposto sempre lo stesso. Frutta fresca melone, anguria, mela, banana( purtroppo niente pesche) spremuta d'arancia fatta al momento, biscotti, pane, uova, formaggio, prosciutto e macchinetta delle bevande calde. Insomma una buona ma scomoda colazione . La camera era a piano terra perchè avevamo prenotato quella con idromassaggio in giardino. Al momento ci siamo lamentati per la dimensione della camera, una sorpresa, veramente piccola. Inoltre il letto aveva un lato al muro , molto scomodo per la discesa e per un appoggio di seduta....hanno compreso la nostra lamentela ma al momento non c'erano altre camere simili , avremmo dovuto cambiare tra qualche giorno, forse, ci abbiamo rinunciato e abbiamo accettato di rimanere . Alla fine lo spazio che abbiamo goduto molto è stato il patio esterno , molto comodo . A disposizione anche uno stendino. Il materasso molto comodo e la biancheria da bagno di qualità. Spugne da bagno e accappatoio sempre pulitissime, ciabattine per doccia, kleenex, prodotti da bagno in dispenser anche con crema corpo e poi kit per rasatura, pettine, pulisciscarpa,spazzolini, tappo orecchie , cuffia doccia insomma non mancava nulla. Comodo armadio con cassetti, asse e ferro da stiro, cassaforte. Frigor e macchinetta per bevande calde, aria condizionata. Vasca idromassaggio comodissima per 3 persone super accessoriata. Ecco farei un appunto , ci vorrebbe un po' più di privacy la siepe è un po' troppo bassa come divisorio dalle stanze adiacenti e i clienti che si affacciano dalle terrazze superiori ti vedono in relax in vasca, ci vorrebbe una tenda, una piccola tettoia A disposizione teli piscina . An aesthetically beautiful hotel however ruined with - in my opinion - aggressive/angry staff. Had the double with the hottub on the end above the cleaners laundry room. Next door to a young family with a lively toddler whom spent hours enjoying herself on the balcony/hottub. Rooms listed as 'ideal for couples' with a maximum of 2 guests. Some booking sites state rooms are soundproof; sadly they are not. Averaging three hours sleep a night as the toddler was poorly, bless her, and consistently being awakened, I asked to be moved and was informed that no other rooms would come available for the duration of our stay (12 nights). The disruption was ruining our holiday, so I said we were leaving. I requested a refund for the three nights we wouldn't be there (was misinformed by another staff member regarding the families departure date). I have a heart issue and very high blood pressure, and stated this was detriment to my health, and that it was our anniversary/engagement celebration holiday, and we wished to wake up in a quieter hotel. What happened next was diabolical. A member of staff started shouting at me. Initially, I thought he was joking. Continuing to yell at me and not interested in my situation at all, he ripped open his shirt in front of me and my Fiancé and continued shouting and left me feeling threatened, embarrassed and humiliated. I was crying and shaking and completely taken aback with what was completely disproportionate to the conversation I was trying to have with him. He wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. I've never been treated in what I believe was such a disrespectful and bullying manner. He started he no longer wished to speak to me even though the booking was in my name and I had paid him €3767, yet still he dismissed me, which left me further humiliated as people looked on. He offered a room swap (which I was told wasn't available during our stay) and expected us to continue being at his residence even after his unnecessary outburst. Finally, the bill. I came to pay with a card and he refused. He only wanted cash. I held out my card again, and he refused. After everything that he put me through, he had me walk back to the room to get him euros and back to reception to pay him in cash. I have requested CCTV footage. I submitted a complaint three weeks ago with a number of issues (I believe what I have highlighted to be the most important). Today, someone purporting to be his solicitor is now making me feel threatened further stating they will start charging me if I email him again asking for him to respond to my complaint. He hasn't responded to my official complaint. He hasn't apologised. He hasn't offered any refund or given me the surity the behaviour I received won't be repeated as ultimately now I've left, I don't want this to happen to another guest.

We found the accommodation very comfortable and quiet. Staff were excellent and the location very convenient walking distance to main restaurants and shops. Transfers to and from the main ferry port were well worth it. The pool is sensational.
