My initial reaction was that this property was so bad it wasn't even worth writing about; nothing is likely to change. You know the saying; "You get what you pay for"? Well, that's exactly the case with this property. Upon check-in, I inquired about the breakfast box that was listed on the booking as available for purchase. The lady informed me there was no such thing. No vending machines, no pantry with items for purchase. Dingy, dated, deserted. THE ODOR was.... ugh! The microwave was malfunctioning. Lamps did not work. The inner handle for the bathroom door CAME OFF IN MY HAND! Luckily, I didn't have the bathroom door fully closed or I would have been trapped! I literally would have had no way to call for assistance; my phone was on the nightstand. I needed an early checkout (8 AM), but the phone in the lobby would not connect to a person who could help. I ended up having to call the hotel during the event I had come for, and THAT process could definitely be described as a run around. If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't be taken in by the photos and prices; avoid this property.

Looks like a run down place

Tara and the staff are very kind and always happy...They are professional, and they put a smile on my face whether I'm going to work or coming back! Thank you! Also James the maintenance man is top notch..when I need something he assists quickly and efficiently...

Friendly-cost hotel Needed a hotel, last minute choice, went online it was the best offer at the least expensive available.

Atrocious disgusting Disgusting room, disgusting carpet. Smelled like cat urine. Very outdated. Unsanitary!! I think I deserve a refund!!

Below average Not clean exterior or hallways and somewhat dingy overall. The room was decent.

The hotel is out dated, Insects in the room, smoking smell verywhere even in the room with no smoking, no shampoo, no coffee machine, has full kitchen but no cooking wares. It is not typically one or two days.
